Overall Responsibilities
- Color Library Creation: Take chosen RGB/HEX codes and meticulously recreate and test them across various physical ink types, finishes, and substrates to ensure absolute visual consistency.
- Comprehensive Asset Redesign: Systematically overhaul and replace logos, typography, and color schemes across all existing brand assets.
- Cross-Surface Execution: Manage design specs for a massive variety of mediums, including sales collateral, digital ads, internal assets, merchandise/swag, vehicle wraps, and employee uniforms.
- Vendor & Proofing Management: Collaborate with print and production vendors to review physical proofs, troubleshoot color variance, and sign off on final production-ready files.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
- Build & Maintain the Color Library: Translate digital brand colors into real-world applications (Pantone, CMYK, specific ink formulations) for physical production.
- Execute Volume Asset Redesigns: Update and format a high volume of marketing collateral, signage, and internal templates to match the new brand compliance standards.
- Pre-Press & Quality Assurance: Prepare flawless, production-ready mechanical files and review vendor proofs to ensure zero degradation of the brand's new visual identity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a heavy emphasis on production design, brand rollouts, or pre-press layout.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Color Theory Expertise: Deep understanding of translating digital assets (RGB/HEX) into physical mediums (CMYK, PMS/Pantone, paint, apparel inks).
- Large-Format & Object Mapping: Proven experience designing for complex physical surfaces (e.g., vehicle wraps, uniforms, structural signage, promotional merchandise).
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills for managing massive asset libraries, version control, and strict compliance guidelines.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working inside a corporate environment or agency handling large-scale corporate rebrands.
- Strong communication skills to effectively align with external print vendors and internal brand managers.
