Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cart Attendant I (Floater) to support the daily operation of a fleet of Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs). This position is responsible for issuing and receiving vehicles, maintaining accurate checkout records, inspecting equipment for damage, and coordinating maintenance needs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working outdoors, and is committed to providing excellent customer service while ensuring fleet accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Check UTVs in and out to authorized employees and visitors.
- Verify and collect required information during the checkout process.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, assignments, and returns.
- Perform visual inspections before and after vehicle use.
- Document and report damages, maintenance concerns, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to address repair needs.
- Ensure vehicles are returned on time and parked in designated locations.
- Monitor fleet cleanliness and overall condition.
- Assist with staging and organizing vehicles for daily operational needs.
- Provide professional customer service while enforcing fleet procedures and policies.
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, fleet operations, equipment management, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight.
