Our client is seeking a Business Data Analyst with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.


This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to downtown Chicago.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal sources
  • Build recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Conduct basic trend analysis and identify data quality issues
  • Support metric tracking, operational reporting, and documentation
  • Create reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Use Teams and SharePoint for collaboration and version control
  • Assist with reporting tied to Azure DevOps (ADO) work items
  • Support process documentation, data definitions, and audit‑ready materials


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Microsoft 365: Excel (formulas, pivots; Power Query a plus)
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Bonus: Access, Power Query, or basic data modeling experience


Pay rate: 65-70/hr W2
