Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing site leaders to execute core HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent development, talent acquisition, and compensation.
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, supporting workforce planning, change management, and associate engagement.
- Design and implement organizational and team development strategies within a matrixed operating model, including structure, staffing, and capability planning.
- Lead and support workforce reductions, employee relations matters, and compliance activities.
- Review and approve Workday transactions; ensure adherence to policies and employment laws.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights using Workday, Excel, Visier, and Power BI.
- Provide HR support across multiple shifts, including off-shift coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a Generalist role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a manufacturing or plant-based environment required.
- Proven success working in complex, matrixed organizations and shared-service HR models.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills across frontline to executive levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to shift-based operations.
