Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Summary

This role includes direct client support, oversight of treatment integrity, completion of required documentation, and adherence to billing standards to ensure exceptional care and accurate reimbursement.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an approved field.
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Completion of the BACB‑required 8‑hour supervision training.
- Licensed as a BCBA in Kansas and Missouri.
- Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs delivering ABA services to clients.
- Implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs for children using evidence‑based ABA strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training related to ABA principles, discrete trial teaching, data collection, child development, and behavior management.
- Record, analyze, and report client behavior and treatment outcomes.
- Support training and competency assessments for new and current RBTs.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisory and clinical leadership.
- Prepare and facilitate team meetings as needed.
- Complete monthly graphing, data analysis, and progress reporting.
- Introduce, model, and train staff on new client programs.
- Conduct curriculum‑based assessments such as VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, and AFLS.
- Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive client care.
- Complete all required documentation, including service notes and co‑signature requirements, in accordance with facility policies.
- Submit accurate billing documentation per payor and facility guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with state practice acts, federal regulations, and organizational policies.
- Help maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized clinical environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Salary : $42 - $45
