Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Duties
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and document data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure fidelity of interventions.
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and support strategies.
- Perform patient assessments, intake evaluations, and behavioral psychological assessments to establish baseline functioning.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessment methods.
- Proficiency in data collection tools, medical terminology, and medical documentation standards.
- Ability to perform behavioral health evaluations and diagnostic assessments within clinical or home-based settings.
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, interdisciplinary teams, and community partners.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Experience in home-based behavioral interventions and supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders across various environments.
