Location: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: Contract (1 year, extension possible)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a talented Applications Developer II to build and enhance modern business applications using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
In this role, you’ll create impactful tools, automate workflows, and develop dashboards that support program management and decision-making. If you enjoy solving complex problems and building user-friendly applications—this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online & Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Build Canvas & Model-driven Power Apps and automate workflows
- Modernize legacy workflows (e.g., Nintex) into scalable solutions
- Configure SharePoint components: lists, libraries, permissions, UI customization
- Perform SPFx development (React/TypeScript) as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate and improve applications
- Support deployments, migrations, and post-launch stabilization
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth performance
- Create documentation and enable end-user adoption
✅ What You Bring
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on with:
- Power Apps (Canvas / Model-driven)
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Exposure to SPFx, React, or TypeScript
- Experience with workflow tools like Nintex (or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience with enterprise or PMO tools
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices
- Background in data or database concepts
