About the Role
As a Data Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and delivering data-driven solutions that support business decision-making and operational efficiency. You'll work across teams to model data, build data fabrics, and deliver insights through analytics and visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data models and stitched data fabrics to support analytical workflows.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to deliver insights to key stakeholders.
- Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture supports business needs.
- Maintain strong technical literacy across database platforms and analytics tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accessibility through effective data governance and architecture practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx).
- Strong understanding of database systems and performance optimization.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Java (nice to have).
- Experience in data architecture and systems design.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data fluency and technical literacy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
