Our client is expanding their Workers' Compensation Department and seeking to add a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to help East Coast claims operation. These positions would be responsible for handling Workers' Compensation Lost-time from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation jurisdictions, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This is a fully remote position.

• Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims, including litigation, with minimal supervision and ‎guidance from the manager.
• Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.
• Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and ‎adherence to department Best Practices.‎ ‎
  
  

Requirements

• 4 years of experience handling NJ/PA Workers' Compensation claims.
• Adjuster license(s) preferred
• Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

• $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
