Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Wholesale Producer/Broker to join a growing team. This role focuses on establishing and cultivating strong relationships with retail agents while serving as a trusted intermediary between insurance carriers and agents. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with retail agents and insurance carriers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Act as the primary broker, negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive the growth of the wholesale book of business by generating leads and closing profitable deals.
• Analyze risks and exposures to provide customized insurance solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and clients to design, negotiate, and place insurance coverage in line with organizational standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging risks to provide insightful solutions for clients.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements as well as company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support during the policy placement process and post-sale servicing needs.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

Education & Licensing

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred.
• Active broker’s license is required.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in wholesale brokering, insurance sales, or related fields.
  
  

Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with industry-specific software and CRM tools is a plus.
  
  

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel as required to build and maintain client relationships.
