Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketing efforts for new and renewal commercial business.
- Collaborate with producers to develop effective coverage strategies and placement options.
- Negotiate with carriers to secure competitive terms and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and market representatives.
- Analyze submissions and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to client needs.
- Track marketing activity and ensure timely follow-up on all submissions.
- Provide technical guidance on underwriting trends and market conditions.
- Support client retention through effective placement strategies and superior service.
- Active Property & Casualty License.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines marketing or account management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and underwriting processes.
- Proven experience working with middle-market or large commercial accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in Southern or Gulf Coast insurance markets.
- Established relationships with insurance carriers.
- Base Salary: $90,000.
