Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

- Manage and resolve workers' compensation disability claims in compliance with Utah Workers' Compensation and Occupational Disease Acts.
- Ensure adherence to the Utah Fair Claims Practices Act, Utah Labor Commission rules, and internal claims standards.
- Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate claims, and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and related documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation disability adjusting.
- In-depth knowledge of Utah Workers' Compensation and Occupational Disease Acts, Utah Fair Claims Practices Act, and Utah Labor Commission rules.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Strong communication, investigative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Multi-line claims experience (preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred).
