Trucking Insurance Producer – (Fully Remote)
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer with a focus on trucking accounts. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, servicing existing clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality insurance solutions tailored to the transportation industry.
Compensation Package
- Base salary plus commission ($200K-$500K total comp)

- Demonstrate full knowledge of insurance products and their applications.
- Advise and consult with clients on insurance coverage and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage workflow for an assigned book of business and delegate tasks as needed.
- Maintain client accounts in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Service and monitor account activity, including renewals and policy changes.
- Conduct outreach to existing insureds to enhance or “round out” accounts.
- Collaborate strategically with sales staff to strengthen client relationships.
- Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations.
- Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
- Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and renewal reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and business partners.
- Oversee marketing and quoting processes for new and renewal business.
- 2–5 years of experience handling trucking or transportation-related commercial insurance accounts.
- Proven ability to meet with clients and provide consultative risk management guidance.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
