Compensation Package

- Provide expertise in general commercial lines, with a strong emphasis on construction liability.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle to large market accounts.
- Strong background in construction liability is highly preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proven experience managing accounts in the $50,000 to $500,000 range.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant industry software is a plus.
