Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance agency. This onsite position offers an opportunity for individuals with commercial lines insurance experience or those looking to further develop their careers in the industry. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.

This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional client service, and working closely with producers and internal team members to ensure efficient account management and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial lines insurance accounts from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely handling of client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, coverage changes, certificates of insurance, and other account servicing activities.
• Service a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts across various industries, including construction, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, and professional services.
• Collaborate with producers and internal team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Applied Epic to maintain accurate client records, process transactions, and document account activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of service requests.
• Review insurance policies and assist clients with identifying appropriate coverage options based on their business needs.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and accountability in all client interactions.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Previous experience in commercial lines insurance account management preferred.
• Experience within an independent insurance agency or captive insurance environment considered.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional, dependable, and responsible approach to client service and account management.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in commercial lines insurance.
  
  

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Experienced Candidates: $50,000 – $65,000 annually.
• Entry-Level Candidates: $40,000 – $50,000 annually.
