What You'll Do
- Manage and service an established book of Commercial Lines accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Coordinate renewals, remarketing efforts, endorsements, policy changes, and account maintenance
- Gather underwriting information and prepare applications, proposals, and renewal documentation
- Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage protection
- Maintain accurate policy records and documentation within agency management systems
- Collaborate closely with producers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AMS360, ImageRight, Vertafore products, or similar agency management systems is a plus
