Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
- Bonus: Based on team and corporate profitability (% of salary)

Core Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Analyze medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision claims data
- Build and maintain underwriting and financial models
- Develop cost projections and trend assumptions
- Monitor client plan performance against budget
- Provide financial reporting and dashboards to clients
- Support consultants in client strategy development
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Evaluate plan design changes and their financial impact
- Review carrier financials, renewals, and rate filings
- Conduct vendor and carrier comparisons (RFP analysis)
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Stay current on market trends, regulations, and benchmarks
- Support the sales process by developing financial exhibits and analyzing plan performance
