Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
- 401(k) with company match

- Serve as the main contact for a diverse book of commercial accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.
- Deliver a high-touch, “white glove” level of client service focused on satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships.
- Manage renewals for an established portfolio of clients across industries such as real estate, construction, and hospitality.
- Partner with internal service and marketing teams to coordinate back-end processes and assist with renewals as needed.
- Identify and advise on cross-selling opportunities for additional personal or life insurance coverages when appropriate.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication and a detail-oriented approach.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in large commercial lines, with expertise in real estate, construction, and hospitality accounts.
