Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

- Assess, analyze, and underwrite property risks.
- Develop tailored solutions for each risk, demonstrating creativity and adaptability.
- Analyze and assess risks, exclusions, and coverage options to provide optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless underwriting processes.
- Contribute to a collaborative workplace culture that values teamwork and innovation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in property underwriting (7 years is ideal).
- Industry Background: Must have experience working with a carrier.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, exclusions, and risk assessment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
