Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan.
- Work Environment: Fully onsite position with a flexible and accommodating workplace culture.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quote new and renewal business for personal lines insurance accounts.
- Handle incoming calls, gather client information, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Support the Account Manager and other team members in administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a focus on client retention and building long-term relationships.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or insurance-related roles.
- Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required upon hire; must be willing to obtain the license if not already certified.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively, excellent organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset.
- Work Environment: This is a fully onsite position; remote work is not available. Candidates must be local or willing to commute.
