Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
- Performance Bonuses: Potential to earn $0 - $2,500 in additional bonuses each month, with an average performer expected to earn at least $12,000 annually in bonuses.

- Proactively reach out to leads provided by our real estate partner via phone, text, and email (texting and email processes are automated).
- Collect necessary client information, prepare quotes, and close sales.
- Transition sold accounts to the service team for ongoing management.
- Maintain a high level of activity and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years in insurance sales; 3 years preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing high activity levels.
- Highly organized and process-driven.
- Motivated by performance-based incentives.
- Soft Skills: Sales-driven, personable, outgoing, and customer-focused.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software is a plus.
