Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the Personal Lines division. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and client service. You will work closely with the experienced team, including a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager, to provide exceptional service to the clients.

Compensation Package

• Competitive base salary: $40,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
• Commission structure: 40% on new business until vested.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities in the Personal Lines market.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including selling, collecting, binding, and servicing policies.
• Handle renewals as needed, in collaboration with the assigned Personal Lines Account Manager.
• Assist on accounts and follow up with underwriting as required.
• Potentially work on small Commercial Lines accounts, depending on experience and performance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1.5-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Candidates with 3 years of experience are preferred.
• Experience with captive insurance is a plus, especially for candidates with more than 3 years of experience.
• Familiarity with AMS360 software is a plus but not required.
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must pass a drug test.
