Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually commission & bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service.
• Manage and grow a book of business, including personal and commercial accounts.
• Handle inside sales, including quoting and writing new business.
• Provide account grounding and carry accounts through the entire process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Utilize agency management systems to manage accounts and workflows.
• Shadow leadership and participate in hands-on training to learn the agency's processes.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education & Licensing:
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred (support provided for licensing if needed).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of office experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service or account management is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with agency management systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
• Integrity and adherence to the "Golden Rule" in interactions with customers and staff.
• Open communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
