Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $44,000
- Commission: 50% on new business written (excluding rewrites)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
- Provide full A–Z account management for Personal Lines, Commercial, and Farm Lines accounts
- Handle inbound call-in and walk-in sales inquiries
- Write new business and cross-sell additional products to existing clients
- Round out accounts to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in a customer-facing role
- Utilize agency management software (HawkSoft, transitioning to Applied Epic) to manage accounts and documentation
- Licensure: Active P&C License required (additional designations are a bonus)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account servicing and management, with exposure to sales
- Technical Skills: Experience with independent agency CRM systems (HawkSoft preferred; training provided)
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with carriers such as Nationwide, Progressive, Hanover, Safeco, and Westfield is a plus but not required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is advantageous
- Work Environment: Must be able to work onsite daily in Cambridge, OH; remote work is not available
Salary : $40,000 - $44,000
