You will play a key role in supporting the Client Managers and Advisors by ensuring accurate account management and delivering exceptional service to the clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $37,000 - $46,000 annually

- Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
- Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance
- Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
- Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices
- Generate standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system-generated letters/forms
- Create activities in EPIC and assign them to applicable team members
- Pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc., as needed
- Check policies and endorsements against requests and complete checklists
- Perform document maintenance and retrieval tasks
- Support other responsibilities as applicable
Education and Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance
- Licensed or ability to obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established workflows and processes
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations of co-workers and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively
- Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus
