Job description
- Provide insurance quotes to prospective and existing clients
- Review and analyze client exposures, determine & recommend appropriate coverage
- Assist clients with policy and claims-related questions
- Process endorsements, review renewal policies, and report claims
- Foster strong relationships with clients
- Maintain account retention
- Rounding accounts
- Prepare insurance documents including RMV forms & proof of insurance
- Assist customers with claims
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Solid computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed
