Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

- Manage a high-volume book of business with accuracy and responsiveness.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering high-touch, concierge-level service.
- Handle endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews.
- Collaborate effectively with insurance carriers, producers, and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, policy servicing, and renewal management.
- Utilize insurance carrier platforms and agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) to manage client accounts.
- Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, with expertise in High-Net-Worth insurance programs and carriers such as PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, Berkley One, etc.
- Active Property & Casualty license is required.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering personalized service.
- Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of personal property and casualty insurance coverages, underwriting guidelines, and policy servicing.
- Experience with AMS360 and other insurance carrier platforms is preferred.
