Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join growing team. In this role, you will manage a book of business valued at $2.5 - $3 million in premium, focusing on personal lines accounts. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of 90% standard and 10% high-value personal lines accounts.
• Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting, renewals, and servicing.
• Collaborate with team members and utilize tools such as AMS360 and EZLynx to ensure efficient account management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and carrier guidelines to provide accurate and competitive quotes.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in personal lines account management (10 years preferred).
• Proficiency in rating with carriers such as Travelers, Hartford, Safeco, and Liberty Mutual.
• Familiarity with AMS360, EZLynx, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Must be able to work in-office (remote or hybrid work is not available for this position).
