Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office)
- Licensing Support: Assistance provided for obtaining a NY P&C Broker’s License if not already held (must be obtained within 6 months)
- Manage personal lines accounts with a focus on client satisfaction and efficiency.
- Process endorsements online with carriers and navigate carrier websites effectively.
- Quote and process flood insurance policies.
- Complete and submit insurance applications accurately.
- Issue auto ID cards, binders, and prepare property Evidences of Insurance for mortgagees.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries and process payments with carriers.
- Perform quoting in carrier portals and work with wholesalers to prepare affidavits, client applications, and total cost forms.
- Provide responsive and efficient follow-up to client and carrier inquiries.
- Experience with EPIC insurance software.
- Familiarity with the following carriers: Travelers, Foremost, Plymouth Rock, Progressive, Natgen Premiere, Utica, Hanover, and/or Erie.
- Knowledge of flood insurance policies and quoting processes.
- Proficiency in processing endorsements and navigating carrier websites.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working with wholesalers and preparing necessary documentation.
- Must hold a NY P&C Broker’s License or be willing to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
