Seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, this role ensures that policies are properly managed and customized to meet individual needs. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a client-focused mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts with professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with policies, coverage, claims, and billing.
• Analyze clients' needs to recommend suitable insurance coverages and policy adjustments.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy updates.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and team members.
• Resolve client concerns effectively and deliver timely solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and product offerings to provide updated information to clients.
• Maintain accurate records in client management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and organizational initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in personal lines insurance, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, coverage types, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in client management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and delivering positive outcomes.
