Position Overview:
The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for helping to providing exceptional customer service, support client retention and growth. This role requires a proactive professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with confidence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service an established personal lines book of business
- Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and policy changes
- Process endorsements, renewals, and new business applications
- Review policies for accuracy and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with carriers and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of independent agency experience in personal lines
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Licensing required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
