Personal Lines Account Manager – Roseland, NJ - 60 - 70k base salary

Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote

P&C License Required (Open To Training The Right Candidate)

Our client, a well-established insurance agency in Roseland, NJ, is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to build a long-term career in personal lines insurance. The agency is willing to train a candidate with a strong work ethic and the required licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a designated book of personal lines accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing inquiries
• Prepare quotes and remarkets as needed
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation within agency management systems
• Support producers with day-to-day service needs
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and carriers
  
  

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey P&C license required
• Personal lines experience preferred, but open to training motivated candidates
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with agency management systems a plus (but not required)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
