Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually
- Handle personal lines policies, including quoting and renewing business.
- Respond to inbound calls from new business leads and close sales effectively.
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
- Utilize software tools such as EPIC and High Level to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance with a proven track record of stability and success.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and High Level software is preferred.
