About the role:
Quest Financial, is looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager(s) to manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting with renewals, processing policy changes, quoting new business, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Prepare renewal reviews and present coverage options to clients.
- Quote new business and assist with cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360). Hawksoft 6.0
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and carrier requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding items and documentation from clients or carriers.
- Support producers/account executives with customer service needs.
- Participate in client retention efforts and maintain high renewal rates.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain one).
- 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in account management or service role.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines products, coverages, and carriers.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly effective Time Management -planning, prioritizing and using tools.
- Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with quoting platforms and comparative raters.
- Bilingual (Spanish, etc.) a plus.
- Familiarity with regional insurance carriers and their guidelines.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Flexibility with location in Ohio – must commit to onsite training at Twinsburg location (Lancaster, Oh area is a plus!)
