Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit, family-oriented team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service and is looking for a long-term career in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will either hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) license or be eager to obtain one. This role is fully in-office and involves working with a variety of personal insurance accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, flood, earthquake, boat, and RV policies.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $52,000 - $62,400 annually ($25 - $30/hour), depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues.
• Assist with quoting and renewing personal insurance policies.
• Handle a variety of personal lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, flood, earthquake, boat, and RV policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient workflow.
• Support sales efforts as needed, though the primary focus can remain on service if preferred.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; we are open to candidates with varying levels of expertise.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applied Epic software is a plus.
