Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $68,000 (including commissions on new business)
- Benefits:
- Fully employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance
- 401(k) with a 4% match after 6 months
- 2 weeks of PTO starting, 5 sick days, and 2 charitable time-off days
- Work Environment: On-site (Tempe location)

- Manage a book of personal lines accounts (approximately $4 million, shared among three Account Managers)
- Handle renewals and re-shop policies as needed
- Process endorsements with carriers and ensure accuracy
- Address risk control recommendations and manage notices of cancellation, seeking reinstatement when necessary
- Provide support for quoting new and renewal business
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of working with multiple carriers in an agency setting
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC management software
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to contribute ideas and participate in team discussions
- Preferred Attributes:
- Broker-side experience
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
The Interview Process Includes

- On-site interview with the hiring manager and additional team members
- Potential third interview with other team members, followed by an offer
