Compensation Package
- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, plus 20% commission on new business.
- Benefits: Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance fully covered by the company.
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of PTO starting, 5 sick days, and 2 days for charitable activities.
- Work Environment: On-site position with opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing company.
- Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts (approximately $4 million, shared among three Account Managers).
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients, including handling renewals, endorsements, and re-shopping policies as needed.
- Ensure accuracy in endorsements and collaborate with carriers to resolve discrepancies.
- Address risk control recommendations and manage notice of cancellations, including seeking reinstatements.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with multiple carriers and ensure compliance with their guidelines.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with multiple carriers in an agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to contribute ideas and solutions.
