Independent Insurance Advisor – Property & Casualty (P&C)

Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Independent Insurance Advisor specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships by delivering customized insurance solutions.
• Handle quoting and servicing for new and renewal business across a variety of account types.
• Utilize a broad network of carrier options to support client needs.
• Use the agency management system to manage client accounts and streamline workflows.
• Participate in periodic in-office meetings and collaborate with internal teams and partners.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license; L&H (Life and Health) license preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an insurance advisory role or related field.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with an agency management system preferred.
• Soft Skills: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio.
• Travel: Willingness to attend periodic in-office meetings.
