Our client is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to handle Oregon-specific claims in a 100% remote capacity. This role is responsible for managing the full life cycle of workers’ compensation claims while ensuring compliance with Oregon statutes, regulations, and best practices.

Salary/Benefits
- $75,000 to $95,000 annual base salary plus bonus (based on performance)

- Minimum 2–5 years of Workers’ Compensation claims adjusting experience
- Strong working knowledge of Oregon Workers’ Compensation laws and regulations
- Oregon Workers’ Compensation Adjuster license (or ability to obtain, if applicable)
- Experience handling lost-time claims preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office
- Manage a full caseload of Oregon workers’ compensation claims from inception through closure
- Investigate claims, determine compensability, and establish appropriate reserves
- Coordinate medical care, communicate with injured workers, employers, attorneys, and medical providers
- Ensure compliance with Oregon Workers’ Compensation laws, rules, and reporting requirements
- Evaluate and manage litigated and non-litigated claims
- Prepare documentation, reports, and file notes in accordance with internal standards
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate claim handling in accordance with best practices and service-level expectations
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
