Middle Market Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Middle Market Associate Account Manager to join a team. This role involves servicing middle-market accounts with premiums of $150,000 and above, working closely with Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction and account retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and experience managing middle-market accounts

Compensation Package

• Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Service and manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts with premiums exceeding $150,000.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to address client needs and ensure seamless account management.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account details.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the team in achieving business objectives and maintaining high client retention rates.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Proven experience in managing middle-market accounts within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (specific software experience preferred but not required).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
