Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date HR and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Lead and support new hire orientation, onboarding, and training processes
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and hiring documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR programs
- Process and support payroll using Paycom, including data entry and verification
- Complete and maintain I-9 documentation and employment eligibility records
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related communications
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations
- Personnel record maintenance and data accuracy
- Recruiting and hiring support
- Administrative and HR operational support
- Payroll processing and compliance
- Previous HR or Human Resources-related experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- $50,000-$60,000 plus benefits
- Onsite preferred but open to 2 days remote
