Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Benefits:
- 401(k) with a 3% employer match.
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients.
- Handle quoting, client interactions, and new business development.
- Service and manage a book of business, including both high-value and standard market accounts.
- Work with high-value carriers such as Chubb, AIG, Cincinnati, PURE, and others.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with high-value carriers and accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred.
