Compensation Package
- Salary Range: Up to $80,000 annually (flexible for the ideal candidate)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
- Work Environment: Onsite to start, with potential for hybrid flexibility in the future
- Manage a book of business, including small ACA accounts and self-insured accounts with 10 employees.
- Collaborate with producers to develop and implement strategic plans for clients.
- Assist with open enrollment processes and provide guidance to clients.
- Analyze plan options and provide recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and comprehensive offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience managing employee benefits accounts.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts and deliver exceptional client service.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and recommend plan options.
- Experience with quoting new and renewal business.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools is a plus.
