Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a dynamic and supportive team. Compensation Package

• Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an employee benefits book of business, ranging from small to large-sized groups
• Provide full-service support to clients, including quoting new and renewal business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Life and Health (L&H) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
• Location: Preference for candidates in the Phoenix area, but open to fully remote candidates out of state
