Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 (up to $75,000 for exceptional candidates)
- Commission: 30% commission on new lines through cross-selling coverages
- 401(k): 3% match
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided
- Work Environment: Remote currently, transitioning to hybrid in 2026 (equipment provided for remote work)
- Manage a personal book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Support team leads or account executives as assigned
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and provide solutions
- Update and maintain client information in appropriate software systems in a timely manner
- Conduct peer reviews for other team members to ensure quality and accuracy
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required
- Account Types: Experience with middle-market groups across various industries (100 lives)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software
- Soft Skills:
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
