Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Producer with a strong background in insurance to join our team. The Commercial Producer will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing them with expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential commercial insurance clients
• Evaluate clients' insurance needs and provide expert recommendations
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals and solutions
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and coverage
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support and communication
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous Sales/Producer experience is required
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage options
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and CRM systems
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
  
  

Compensation Package

• Compensation: Between $40k-$45k (based on experience) performance-based commission & bonus structure
