Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
- Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and advocacy.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
- Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
- Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Account Management.
- Active Property & Casualty License (required).
- Valid driver’s license and insurance (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently.
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
