Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $76,500 to $94,500 (depending on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities).
- Benefits: Competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and variable pay programs.
- Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, and negotiate terms with carriers.
- Analyze client risks and provide tailored recommendations.
- Determine markets within core carrier strategies and create comprehensive carrier submissions.
- Manage the renewal process, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
- Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
- Conduct contract reviews and ensure binding documents are accurate.
- Leverage templates and system-generated letters for client and carrier communications.
- Provide consultation on coverage needs and guaranteed cost program design.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to address client needs.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance with a strong understanding of insurance coverages.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active state Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office products. Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.
