Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for building relationships and driving new business. As a CL Producer, you will focus on hunting for new opportunities, managing a portfolio of accounts, and delivering exceptional service to the clients. This position offers a hybrid work environment with a strong emphasis on in-office collaboration and client engagement.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the commercial lines sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on accounts with $5,000 to $50,000 in revenue
• Develop expertise in a major and minor industry to better serve client needs
• Collaborate with the risk placement team to ensure seamless quoting and placement of new and renewal business
• Represent the company in a professional manner during client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role; 5-10 years preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable
