Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually
- 401(k)
- Lead and mentor a team of junior account managers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Provide white-glove service to large-market clients with accounts valued at $500,000 or more.
- Oversee the quoting and renewal processes for new and existing business.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Attend occasional face-to-face client meetings to strengthen relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize EZ Lynk software to manage accounts and streamline operations.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of managing large-market accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZ Lynk software is preferred.
- Work Environment: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), with flexibility to choose your in-office days.
- Travel: Occasional travel for client meetings.
- Training: A 30-day training period will be provided, though candidates with plug-and-play capabilities are highly preferred.
